Two large national pipeline companies facing environmental review and permitting for three crude oil pipeline projects in Minnesota and Wisconsin turned to Larkin Hoffman for representation. The Larkin Hoffman team, led by Linda Fisher, worked with the project proposers, their development teams and multiple government agencies on environmental assessments and environmental impact statements under the National Environmental Policy Act, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Clean Water Act wetland permits, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency water quality certification, Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act authorizations, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources license to cross public waters and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency storm water permits.
