As technology improves our ability to access information, it also increases our need to protect private information. Dayle Nolan discusses the domino effect privacy issues are now creating for third and fourth parties. Employers, vendors, contractors, etc. are responsible for keeping employee and other confidential information they view private and some are protecting themselves with privacy contracts.
