ATTORNEY
CORPORATE/HEALTH LAW: Qualified candidates will have three or more years private practice corporate law experience and experience and/or an interest in the healthcare industry.  This practice is focused on the diverse issues faced by health care professionals in the complex legal environment presented by the health care system.  Issues range from employment and buy-in agreements, joint ventures, negotiating provider and hospital contracts, and regulatory issues such as anti-kickback, Stark and False Claims.  Candidates should have strong experience and ability in document drafting and dealing with financial issues.

PARALEGAL
CORPORATE: Candidate must have excellent academic credentials and a paralegal certificate or degree with a minimum of ten years general corporate experience.  Candidate must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to handle multiple assignments.  Paralegals in this department work as an integral part of a team with the attorneys and other support personnel. This is a fast-pace and exciting legal environment in a firm that values its attorney and non-attorney personnel and accords paralegals a unique degree of responsibility and flexibility.
