Practice Description
Dan specializes in all facets of employment law, including transactional, consulting and litigation. Transactional matters include drafting employment agreements, employment handbooks and policies. He routinely consults with human resource professionals regarding every aspect of the employment relationship and acts as General Counsel for some clients. Dan also represents management in discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, trade secret, non-compete and other employment-related cases in state and federal court.
