Over the years he has represented entrepreneurs and business owners in wide ranging and diverse industry groups, including medical devices, plastics and packaging, biotech, banking, leasing and financial services, manufacturing and real estate development. Frank acts as outside general counsel for businesses ranging from start-ups to those with hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue. He has a broad working knowledge of businesses and their issues, including financing, raising capital, employment, distribution and supply, and corporate governance. 2011 Minnesota Health Law Institute
