Practice Description
Frank is the senior lawyer in the firm's corporate practice. Over the years he has represented entrepreneurs and business owners in wide ranging and diverse industry groups, including medical devices, plastics and packaging, biotech, banking, leasing and financial services, manufacturing and real estate development.

Frank acts as outside general counsel for businesses ranging from start-ups to those with hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue. He has a broad working knowledge of businesses and their issues, including financing, raising capital, employment, distribution and supply, and corporate governance.

2011 Minnesota Health Law Institute
Larkin Hoffman attorneys Frank Harvey and John Diehl are included among the faculty which presented at the 2011 Minnesota Health Law Institute on June 9, 2011. Diehl will be moderating a discussion of tort reform measures, both enacted and proposed, and an analysis of the public policy goals that guide changes to our system of justice.
