Larkin Hoffman attorneys Frank Harvey and John Diehl are included among the faculty which presented at the 2011 Minnesota Health Law Institute on June 9, 2011. Diehl will be moderating a discussion of tort reform measures, both enacted and proposed, and an analysis of the public policy goals that guide changes to our system of justice. Harvey will be sharing his insights into the recent uptick in merger and acquisition activity in the medical technology market.
