Practice Description Paul represents business entities, and their owners and executives, on a wide range of commercial and real estate issues from tax-related matters to complex business transactions. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Paul has a unique understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented by the industry. He advises clients on planning for and structuring their business, as well as tax and financial transactions. He has particular experience in the areas of taxation of real estate transactions; tax-deferred like-kind exchanges; mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations; and state and federal tax controversies.
