Mike represents clients in the Corporate and Health Law practice groups. His practice includes the representation of healthcare professionals, medical and dental practices, clinics, closely-held businesses, and professional corporations. Mike advises clients on corporate transactional matters, shareholder and employment agreements, shareholder disputes, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and formation and structure of entities. His work regularly involves the analysis of state and federal laws, including fraud and abuse, Stark and self-referral laws, and anti-kickback laws. Mike’s general corporate experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts and employment agreements, general corporate counseling, and stock and asset acquisitions.
