She specializes in the representation of franchisors and manufacturers in dispute resolution through the court system, mediation, and domestic and international arbitration. This representation primarily involves breach of contract issues, contract termination issues, enforcement of covenants not to compete, vicarious liability and enforcement of trademark and other intellectual property rights against franchisees and distributors. She also represents businesses in patent and trademark litigation and other types of commercial litigation.
