Rob Hill Added to Early Neutral Evaluator Roster for Scott and Dakota Counties

Rob Hill was recently added to the list of financial early neutral evaluators for Scott and Dakota Counties. In cases where a divorcing couple has outstanding financial issues, the court will recommend that they complete a financial evaluation. As an early neutral evaluator, Rob provides the parties with a neutral evaluation of financial issues early in the divorce process. The purpose of this process is that receiving reliable, neutral information will give those involved a better chance to reach a settlement before they exhaust their financial resources on litigation. Through this process, Rob is often able to help the parties reach a settlement before significant time and money has been spent.
