Acquisition of Prime Land for City Development

When the City of Columbus sought to acquire 84 acres of prime freeway land for development, the city turned to its City Attorney firm, Larkin Hoffman. The Larkin Hoffman team of Bill Griffith, Brad Hintze and Julie Perrus assisted the city in acquiring the property that had been held by the same owner for over thirty years. Located at the interchange of Interstate 35 and Highway 97 (Lake Drive NE) in Columbus, the land will be marketed and developed by the city’s newly formed Economic Development Authority.
