Arbitration Involving Real Estate Misrepresentation


A client turned to Larkin Hoffman for representation during a five-day arbitration case involving the proper disclosure of the condition of the client’s high-valued home during the sale transaction. The Larkin Hoffman strategy, set by Jim Susag, involved testimony of numerous witnesses and experts, including municipal building officials, residential home contractors, mold experts and appraisers. The client received an award of no-liability from the three-arbitrator panel.
