Breach of Fiduciary Duty

When one member of a limited liability company needed representation against another joint member related to the purchase and development of a parcel commercial property, the first member contacted Larkin Hoffman. The other member filed bankruptcy. The Larkin Hoffman team, led by Tamara O’Neill Moreland, obtained summary judgment on the client’s claim for breach of fiduciary duty in the bankruptcy court, resulting in a judgment in excess of $275,000.
