Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce that Bryan Huntington has received the Real Property Specialist Certification.

According to the Minnesota State Bar Association, “Fewer than 3% of all registered attorneys in Minnesota are certified specialists in their field.” Bryan Huntington joins a strong group of colleagues on our real estate team who have achieved the MSBA Board Certified Real Property Specialists certification including Tom Alexander, Ryan Boe, Brandi Kerber, Tamara O'Neill Moreland, Jim Susag, Tim Stoltman, Gary Renneke  and Gary Van Cleve.

Real Property Specialists represent clients in real property transactions, including real estate conveyances, title searches, leases, condominiums, mortgages, property taxes, real estate development, real estate financing and determination of property rights. They have demonstrated knowledge of the statutes governing complex real estate matters.  Visit the MSBA Board Certification page for more details.

Bryan Huntington represents developers, landowners, contractors, builders, surety companies, condominium owners, landlords and tenants’ clients in the enforcement of their property rights. Bryan also assists landowners and contractors with litigation and negotiations adversarial to governmental subdivisions and government agencies, including matters involving eminent domain, inverse condemnation, zoning, administrative law and payment disputes. He litigates contract disputes and is passionate about obtaining justice when misrepresentations are made during a real estate transaction about the conditions of real property.
