IP Attorney Alison Jarzyna Joins Larkin Hoffman

It is with great pleasure that we announce Alison Jarzyna has joined our intellectual property team.  Alison' focuses her practice on advising clients on developing and managing worldwide trademark portfolios. This includes trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance.  Advising clients on trademark enforcement strategies involving trademark infringement,  trademark dilution, false advertising, and trade dress disputes.  She negotiates coexistence agreements,  intellectual property licensing agreements, and provides copyright advise and registration assistance.  

Alison’s trademark and copyright insight is enhanced by her post graduate work in film, cinema, and media studies as well as her graduate degree and work with museums and curators. She has also  blogged on legal developments in the trademark, copyright, and advertising world.
