Land Use Entitlement and Environmental Review for Continuing Care Retirement Community

A large national developer turned to the Larkin Hoffman land use team for representation in land use entitlement and environmental review issues for a proposed 1,500-unit continuing care retirement community on a 99 acre former private golf course in Plymouth, Minnesota. Work will include guiding the developer through the AUAR environmental review process; the local zoning process to obtain comprehensive plan amendment, planned unit development rezoning approvals; and federal, state and local wetland and storm water permits.
