Larkin Hoffman Hosts Third Annual Regional Real Estate Forum


Larkin Hoffman hosted its third annual Regional Real Estate Forum, “Destination Rochester! Private Development Opportunities in a Bold New World,” on Thursday, October 6. The event was held at Rochester Art Center and was attended by 142 construction and development industry leaders, executives and professionals.

Jeremy Jacobs, a development executive at M.A. Morteson Co. and one of the forum’s panelists, made news during his appearance. Jacobs said his conceptual timeline calls for early work in the Discovery Square sub-district of the Destination Medical Center (DMC) to commence by Oct. 1, 2017. The story was covered in the Rochester Post Bulletin and Finance and Commerce.

Larkin Hoffman attorneys Brian Childs and Rob Stefonowicz moderated this year’s forum. Joining Jacobs on the panel were Dr. Clark Otley, Vice President of DMC, provided the keynote address. Panelists included, Mitzi Baker, Director, Rochester-Olmsted Planning Department, Lisa Clarke, Executive Director, DMC Economic Development Agency, Peter Gerrard, President of the Gerrard Corporation and Jeremy Jacobs, Development Executive, M.A. Mortensen Company. Andy Chafoulias, CEO, Titan Development & Investments was scheduled to appear as a panelist.
