Larkin Hoffman Welcomes Victoria Dutcher and Emily Spallino
Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce that Victoria Dutcher and Emily Spallino have joined the firm.
Victoria will be working in the firm’s real estate practice, working with commercial and residential landlords and tenants, corporations, homeowners and contractors in various real estate transactions and construction-related matters. Prior to attending law school, Victoria served as an AmeriCorps member with a Twin Cities based nonprofit organization. She also lived and taught in South Korea and Northern Thailand. While in law school, Victoria clerked for both the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office and Larkin Hoffman.
Emily will be working in the firm’s corporate law practice, assisting clients with corporate formations, mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate advice. Emily counsels entrepreneurs and business owners in a variety of industries. While in law school, Emily served as the Lead Note and Comment Editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law and completed the Business Law Concentration.
