Larkin Hoffman Receives National Recognition by Chambers USA


Chambers USALarkin Hoffman attorneys in franchising and real estate were again ranked highly by Chambers USA, the publisher of one of the world’s leading guides to the legal profession. In the just released Chambers USA Awards for Excellence 2014 rankings, Larkin Hoffman, along with only ten other firms in the country, was ranked in Chambers’ top three “bands” for its national franchise practice.
Individual attorneys in Larkin’s Hoffman’s franchise practice also received this distinguished recognition. In fact, Larkin Hoffman was the only firm in the Twin Cities with two lawyers ranked in the top two bands for individual lawyers. Chuck Modell, chair of Larkin Hoffman’s franchise group, was honored with a national ranking for the 7th consecutive year. Chuck is praised for his “great quality and style” by his peers and clients. His broad skills enable him to counsel on matters ranging from franchise document registration to franchising disputes and mediations.
Joe Fittante, immediate past chair of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising, was honored with a national ranking in franchising for the 6th consecutive year. Joe is lauded by clients for his high-quality service. His peers describe him as “extraordinarily smart” and appreciate the benefit of his key relationships with regulators.  
Tim Stoltman, the firm’s past president, was also recognized for the 7th consecutive year. Tim maintains a broad practice involving both transactional and development matters with a special focus on the office and hotel sectors.
