Larkin Hoffman Represents Mall of America During Major Refinancing
Larkin Hoffman provided legal counsel to Mall of America, an internationally recognized retail and entertainment attraction, during its $1.4 billion refinancing. The firm represented the mall’s owner throughout the multipart transaction which will likely be the largest transaction of its kind in Minnesota this year. The Larkin Hoffman team was led by attorneys Tim Stoltman and Dan Kadlec. Mr. Stoltman provided counsel on the real estate and mortgage financing portions of the transaction and Mr. Kadlec worked on the corporate restructuring of entities relating to the project.
