Larkin Hoffman Secures Community and Government Agency Support for Project

A large, urban school district turned to Larkin Hoffman to assist with a multi-million dollar plan to redevelop a number of school buildings and construct several new buildings. The proposed changes were controversial within the community, and included essential land use and environmental regulatory issues. The school district retained Peter Coyle, Peder Larson and Julie Perrus to advise them on the regulatory process and coordinate the related applications for development approval and environmental review. Larkin Hoffman developed the applications needed to support the redevelopment plan and assisted with developing the strategy for securing community and government agency support for the project.
