Modell and Fittante Present at 2012 Forum on Franchising

Chuck Modell and Joe Fittante will present at the 35th Annual ABA Forum on Franchising on Oct. 3-6, 2012 in Los Angeles, California. Modell will present a workshop on "Tips, Techniques and Traps for Drafting and Using Financial Performance Representations," and Fittante will present "Representing the Franchisor - A Primer on Designing the System, Drafting and Registering Documents and Providing On-going Counseling."
