Obtained Temporary Restraining Order to Prevent Violation of Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement


When a client’s sales employee resigned to work for a key competitor, the client turned to Larkin Hoffman. Dan Ballintine and Andrew Moran were able to obtain a temporary restraining order preventing the former employee from competing with the client, from soliciting the client’s customers and from using or disclosing the client’s confidential and trade secret information.
