Obtained Dismissal of EEOC and MDHR Charges of Discrimination


Andrew Moran has worked with a number of clients who faced charges of discrimination from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR). Andrew works with his clients to investigate charges, including witness interviews and assessments, prepares submissions to the EEOC and MDHR in response to those charges, and represents the client throughout the investigation process. Andrew regularly obtains dismissal of those charges early on in the proceedings and, if necessary, represents his clients through the conciliation process and any subsequent enforcement action.
