Obtained Land Use Changes for Apartment Development


A regional developer and owner of apartment buildings, sought Peter Coyle's help to gain approval for development of a new apartment project. The local municipality had already approved the site for a commercial building with an adjoining parking ramp, based on a master development plan for a commercial office park. Pete not only obtained the necessary land use changes from the city based on the city’s code, but also separated the client’s multi-family project from several existing agreements governing use and maintenance of the client’s site and other properties.
