Plan Approval and Rezoning for Luxury Apartments
Bill Griffith recently obtained approval from the City of Bloomington of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezoning and EAW for 418 luxury apartment units on behalf of The Richdale Group, an Omaha-based developer of multi-family residential and commercial projects.
The project will redevelop the former Seagate site which comprises nine acres in the southeast quadrant of Interstate 494 and Highway 100. Bill's team prepared all aspects of the development application, including the development narrative, the land use and zoning portions of an EAW (Environmental Assessment Worksheet). Public benefits of the project include contribution to the local park fund, increased capacity of public utilities and extension of Stanley Road; none of the improvements could occur without approval of the Project.
