Secured Access to Adjacent Street for Client
Our client is a national developer of day care facilities. Larkin Hoffman was retained to guide the client through the local approvals process for the establishment of its first facility in Minnesota. Before the project could move forward, however, we had to secure the client's right to access an adjacent street for the convenience of future customers. We researched the real estate record and developed the argument in support of our client’s right to use the access, notwithstanding the recommendation of county engineer officials that access should be denied. Approval of access paved the way for prompt action on the project itself.
