U.S. News Names Larkin Hoffman "Best Law Firm" for 2021

Larkin Hoffman has been named a ‘Best Law Firm’ by U.S. News for 2021. The firm’s franchise and land use practices again received national recognition and were ranked in the first tier regionally.  Eight of the firm’s other practices were ranked in regional categories. The categories include construction law, real estate litigation, environmental law, eminent domain and condemnation law, land use and zoning litigation, tax litigation, tax law and municipal law.

Earlier this year, 12 Larkin Hoffman attorneys were recognized as ‘Best Lawyers in America’ for 2021 including Peter Coyle and William Griffith who were both recognized by Best Lawyers as a 2021 "Lawyer of the Year" in their respective fields. Peter was selected for Land Use and Zoning Law and Bill was recognized for Municipal Law.

A single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the "Lawyer of the Year," making this accolade particularly significant. The lawyers are selected based on peer-review assessments.

The U.S. News Best Law Firm rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes thousands of clients, highly skilled lawyers and law firm representatives. Reviewers combine quantitative and qualitative data into an overall score for each firm. The scores are then used to compare firms locally and nationally.
