Zoning and Valuation Analysis for Mixed Use Redevelopment
Kraus Anderson was faced with a restrictive rezoning action for its highly successful Southtown Shopping Center. Bill Griffith represented owners of the shopping center in negotiations with the City of Bloomington to phase in mixed-use zoning over time as redevelopment occurs, in response to market conditions.
