Beth has assisted attorneys in achieving successful outcomes for clients for more than 30 years. With a focus on litigation, Beth works in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, franchise, patent, and employment law. She provides paralegal support for all areas of the litigation practice including state and federal court cases, appellate proceedings and arbitration matters. In addition, Beth manages the litigation technology support and eDiscovery needs for the Firm.

Beth's responsibilities encompass all pre-trial and post-trial phases, which include maintaining critical deadline requirements for each case. She is instrumental in researching, collecting, analyzing and managing document collections, including all forms of eDiscovery, and document productions. Beth assists with developing case strategies, preparing and responding to discovery requests and all aspects of preparing for depositions, hearings, mediation and trial. She enjoys legal and factual research, as well as drafting correspondence, motions, pleadings, discovery and other legal documents. Throughout her day, Beth communicates extensively with the attorneys, clients, witnesses, courts and other government agencies to collaborate effectively with the legal team.
