Charlotte R. Tietze is a paralegal in our real estate litigation group and focuses much of her work on property tax appeals.  She helps attorneys and clients manage deadlines, gather information, assist in draft pleadings, prepare filings, communicate with counties or cities involved, helps track the status of appeals, and conducts legal research as needed.

Charlotte also assists our land use, real estate, and government practice groups with issues relating to real estate transactions.  She researches property records and obtains title documents.  Charlotte also assists with drafting and recording real estate documents, communicates with title companies, and assists in real estate closings as needed.

Prior to qualifying as a paralegal, Charlotte spent three years as an LAA for Larkin Hoffman and continues to use the knowledge she gained from this experience as well as knowledge gained from paralegal classes in real estate law, legal writing, and litigation.
