Jacque A. Ridgway is a paralegal in Larkin Hoffman’s real estate group. In recent years her work has been focused primarily in the area of commercial property tax appeals, real estate transactions, and land use.
Additionally, she has worked in Minnesota, California and Texas as a paralegal in various areas of the law including construction litigation, business litigation, and personal injury.
Jacque also has experience as a real estate agent, researching comparable properties, negotiating sales, and marketing properties. This unique combination of skills results in a natural fit in the area of commercial property tax appeals where she has developed a thorough understanding of the appeals process.
She earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1983, and a Paralegal Certificate from the same university in 1990.
