Practice Overview

Kyle Vick represents clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters including real estate, contract, and shareholder disputes.  With experience in commercial litigation, general litigation, business law and appeals, Kyle takes pride in providing pragmatic advice to ensure his clients’ legal needs are met in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

Prior to entering private practice, Kyle clerked for the Minnesota Court of Appeals and with the Honorable Ronald L. Abrams of the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota. During his clerkships, Kyle gained valuable insight into the practical realities of judges and court staff managed litigation matters.

Kyle obtained his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, MN. While in law school, Kyle served as Managing Editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law and received the "Best Oralist" award for his oral advocacy skills.  Prior to law school, Kyle attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN where he double-majored in Political Science and History. He is admitted to practice in the Minnesota State Courts.
