Pat Treseler is a certified MnCP and serves as a paralegal on our corporate team.  With 35 years of experience in the legal field, and a strong education background including regularly attending CLE classes to keep up-to-date with relevant laws, Pat has achieved the "standard of excellence" required to qualify for the Minnesota Certified Paralegal credentialing program regulated by the Minnesota Paralegal Association.

Pat focuses her work on entity organization, fictitious/trade/assumed names, foreign qualifications, adverse lien searches and filings.  She also assists attorneys with their transactional work, dissolutions, conversions and mergers/acquisitions. Some of her day-to-day tasks include ongoing entity maintenance such as periodic renewals and related calendar docketing, resolutions and business registration amendments.  With her innate problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task, Pat is a reliable source of information and brings an impressive range of skills to our clients and attorneys.

Prior to joining our corporate practice group, Pat spent several decades working with general practice attorneys giving her a broad foundation in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, family law, estate planning and probate, and renewable energy.  She has experience filing with the MN PUC, IA Utilities Board, FERC, US Dept. of the Treasury, FAA and the Odyssey court filing system.  She has also worked with many county recorders, registrars and title companies over the course of her career.
