
Pat Treseler has over 30 years of experience in the legal field in various roles and now as an established corporate paralegal with Larkin Hoffman. She regularly attends CLE classes to keep up with relevant law. Her areas of focus are entity organization, fictitious/assumed names, foreign qualifications, adverse lien searches and filings, and she assists attorneys with their transactional work, dissolutions, conversions and mergers/acquisitions. Part of her day-to-day work also includes ongoing entity maintenance such as annual minutes, renewals, amendments and resolutions.
In addition, Pat also has extensive experience in the areas of real estate and litigation and spent 8 years in the renewable energy sector with experience in filing with the MN PUC, IA Utilities Board, FERC, US Dept. of the Treasury, FAA and the Odyssey court filing system. She has worked with many county recorders, registrars and title companies over the years as well.
