Ben practices primarily in the areas of business and real estate litigation. His experience includes business and contract disputes, shareholder and partner disputes, insurance defense, real estate disputes, and landlord-tenant disputes.

While drawn to the creativity and strategy required for litigation, Ben understands that, for clients, litigation can be disruptive and complicated. Through consistent communication and steady reassurance, he helps clients navigate every step with confidence, and to make the process as easy as possible. Ben offers practical advice and approaches each case with his clients’ goals in mind.

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys being a Minnesota sports fan, reading Science Fiction and Fantasy, and spending time with his wife and dog.
