Celina Postelli is an experienced paralegal who works in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, franchise, patent and employment law. She also supports business owners, homeowners and associations through a wide variety of insurance disputes. Celina’s experience covers everything from property losses—such as storm damage, fire, water damage, and mold claims—to drafting correspondence, pleadings, briefs and exhibits.

Celina’s responsibilities encompass all pre-trial and post-trial phases, which include maintaining critical deadline requirements for each case. She is instrumental in researching, collecting, analyzing and managing document collections, including all forms of eDiscovery, and document productions. Celina assists with developing case strategies, preparing and responding to discovery requests and all aspects of preparing for depositions, hearings, mediation and trial. In addition, Celina manages the litigation technology support and eDiscovery needs for the Firm.
