Libby’s lifelong interest in business makes her a helpful collaborator for her clients in land use and real estate matters. She appreciates learning the details of clients’ businesses and the needs they serve, and enjoys assisting clients with such a tangible part of their business presence.
Libby’s prior work as a legal assistant and law clerk encompassed real estate matters including purchase agreements and lease assignments, as well as broader business matters including venture capital transactions, internal compliance and acquisition planning. She is licensed in both Minnesota and Florida.
