Madison R. Volk brings a personal, relationship-driven approach to her role serving clients as a business litigator.

Madison earned her law degree while serving in various administrative and service roles at Larkin Hoffman. Her exposure to many of the firm’s practice areas contributed to her decision to pursue the stimulating work of litigation.

Prior to law school, Madison worked for several years as a court clerk in the major felony division of Dakota County Court. She credits this experience with helping her develop comfort in a courtroom and the ability to adapt in unscripted situations—skills which serve her well as a litigator. Madison is a confident advocate for clients who invests herself in pursuing optimal outcomes on their behalf.
