Maxwell (Max) Blosser focuses his practice on real estate litigation and general litigation.
Max’s interest in real estate litigation was first sparked by his work in fair housing advocacy before law school. While attending law school, Max was the inaugural recipient of the Judge Pamela G. Alexander Scholarship, participated in the Employment Law clinic, and clerked at both public interest and private law firms.
Max helps his clients navigate the oftentimes stressful litigation process. With a focus on building strong relationships with his clients, Max understands that fostering trust early in the process is key to guiding his clients through the process.
Outside of work, Max enjoys golfing, spending time in northern Minnesota with his wife, and walking their two dogs, Callie and Sophie.
