- Represented contractor in lawsuit asserting mechanic’s lien, construction defects, and workmanship issues.
- Represented homeowners in dispute against builder concerning construction defects and negligence.
- Represented professional services provider in dispute with governmental entity and contractor asserting right to delay damages and extension of time to complete, and breach of professional standard of care.
- Represented landowners in dispute with governmental entities alleging breach of easement agreement, misrepresentation, trespass and trespass to trees resulting from public construction project.
- Represented homeowners in dispute concerning disclosures in sale of residential property
- Represented purchaser of commercial property in dispute with seller and neighbor regarding enforcement of purchase agreement and right of first refusal.
- Provided long-term contract negotiation and risk-management support to professional service provider.
- Advised contractor and material supplier on implementing program addressing mechanic’s lien and nonpayment risk-management strategies.
