John E. Representative Experience
- Designs, negotiates and documents business and professional relationships and transactions – including procurement and service contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and systems development.
- Advises clients in the health care sector on third-party payer credentialing and payment issues (for Medicare, Medicaid and private health plans); biomedical ethics; patient care; regulatory compliance; and risk management systems and disputes.
