- Designs, negotiates and documents business and professional relationships and transactions – including procurement and service contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and systems development.
- Advises clients in the health care sector on third-party payer credentialing and payment issues (for Medicare, Medicaid and private health plans); biomedical ethics; patient care; regulatory compliance; and risk management systems and disputes.
- Represents regulated individuals and corporate entities in addressing issues with their licensing boards and credentialing authorities.
- Extensive involvement in the development of health care policy and insurance law, including insurer solvency, health insurance, property and casualty insurance regulation, and protection of individual rights.
