
Practice Overview
Rob Stefonowicz is an experienced trial attorney and appellate advocate. Rob is the chair of the Larkin Hoffman’s real estate litigation practice group. He advises clients on real estate, eminent domain, land use, environmental and construction-related disputes. Rob has extensive experience in eminent domain (condemnation) matters and has served as the chair of the Eminent Domain Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association (Minnesota’s largest district bar association). He was recognized by Minnesota Lawyer as an Attorney of the Year for a Minnesota Supreme Court victory setting aside a $1.4 million transportation fee imposed on a local developer.
