Tamara O'Neill Moreland presented at the Minnesota Real Estate Institute's annual conference.  Her breakout session "Challenging City and County Land Use Decisions – Navigating the Minefield: How and When to Appeal; Challenging the Failure to Act; Creating the Record for Review" was part of a two-day program line-up educating thousands of real estate lawyers and professionals from Minnesota and across the Upper Midwest.
