Larkin Hoffman is pleased to announce that attorney Bryan Huntington has been admitted to the South Dakota Bar.

Huntington represents clients in the enforcement of their property rights, including developers, landowners, contractors, builders, surety companies, condominium owners, landlords and tenants. He advocates for landowners and contractors in litigation and negotiations involving governmental subdivisions and agencies, including eminent domain, inverse condemnation, zoning, administrative law and payment disputes. Huntington also litigates contract disputes and is committed to securing justice in real estate transactions where misrepresentations have been made about property conditions.

With his admission to the South Dakota Bar, Huntington expands his ability to serve clients in property and real estate matters across the region with previous admissions to the bar in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Florida.
