Larkin Hoffman is proud to announce that attorneys Alison Jarzyna and Matt Resch have been elected as the Firm’s newest shareholders.
Alison Jarzyna joined Larkin Hoffman’s Intellectual Property Department in 2023. She helps clients in the United States and abroad by developing prosecution and enforcement strategies to protect their valuable trademark rights from infringers. Her practice also focuses on matters relating to trademark dilution, trade dress, copyright protection and enforcement, technology, data privacy and cyber security, intellectual property licensing, and domain names. Jarzyna counsels her clients at each stage of the trademark process. She advises various clients ranging from large, multinational corporations to small, local organizations. She is also an active volunteer, providing pro bono trademark prosecution and enforcement for non-profit organizations as well as assisting in U.S. immigration asylum claims.
Matt Resch joined the Firm in 2024 and is a trusted advisor to clients in all stages of their capital life cycle. Matt helps business owners, senior management teams, family offices, independent sponsors, and early-stage development companies in navigating the intricacies of acquisitions, mergers, private offerings, investments, leveraged buyouts, shareholder rights, and securities compliance. Matt also guides clients in the sectors of distribution, manufacturing, and technology (including SaaS, licensing, and web3).
“I am incredibly proud of Alison and Matt and the work they have put in to reach this milestone,” said Larkin Hoffman President Joe Fittante. “They are driven attorneys who make their respective departments, and our firm as a whole, better each day. I’m excited to see how they will continue to shape our firm in the future.”
