Shareholder Megan Rogers is Larkin Hoffman’s newest Board member. Rogers was elected to the Firm’s Board of Directors by its shareholders. Additionally, Shareholders Inga Kingland and Jacob Steen were each re-elected to two-year terms. Shareholders also voted to re-elect Larkin Hoffman President Joe Fittante. The role of president is voted on each year by shareholders. This will be Fittante’s third year leading the Firm.

“I first want to extend a huge congratulations to Megan for joining the Board of Directors and to Inga and Jake for being re-elected to their posts. Your leadership is valued at this Firm, and I am confident it will continue to push us forward,” said Fittante. “I also want to thank our shareholders for the trust they continue to place in me to lead Larkin Hoffman into the future.”

Rogers joined Larkin Hoffman in 2021. Before coming to the Firm, she served as counsel to cities in South Florida and, most recently, as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Bloomington, MN. Rogers is known for her practical, results-driven approach to legal and policy matters involving land use, zoning, real estate, municipal law, regulatory compliance and mining.
