Larkin Hoffman is growing with the addition of new attorneys in our corporate, estate planning and real estate practices. Matthew Resch joins us in the Corporate and Finance group, Andrew Peterson is in our Estate Planning and Probate practice and Victoria Callander joins our Real Estate Litigation team.

Matthew Resch - Corporate and Finance

Matthew Resch brings a great depth of experience in corporate and finance law, including mergers and acquisitions, to Larkin Hoffman. He focuses his practice on representing business owners, senior management teams, family offices, independent sponsors and early-stage development companies in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, private offerings, corporate funds, investments, leveraged buyouts, shareholder rights and securities compliance.

Matthew advises clients in a variety of industries, including distribution and manufacturing, technology (including SaaS, licensing, and web3), and real estate. His comprehensive understanding of corporate affairs makes him a welcome asset to the firm.

Andrew Peterson – Estate Planning and Probate

Andrew Peterson joins the firm as an estate planning and probate attorney. He guides clients through the estate planning and administration process, helping individuals and families transfer wealth efficiently to future generations and charitable partners. Andrew excels in drafting wills, trusts, and other essential documents, providing tailored solutions to meet his clients' needs.

Andrew’s practice also includes real estate and business transactions. Known for his down-to-earth approach, he ensures that clients receive clear, practical legal advice.

Victoria Callander—Real Estate Litigation

Victoria M. Callanderadvises clients in real estate and general civil litigation, helping them to navigate complex legal challenges efficiently and effectively. Victoria’s practice centers around municipal law, land use and civil litigation.

Victoria graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school, Victoria served as a law clerk for Legal Service of South-Central Michigan and was as a mediator for Southeastern Dispute Resolution Services.
