Twin Cities Business Magazine has honored Shareholder Megan Rogers in its Notable Women in Law list. The award recognizes female leaders in the legal industry who are making a difference at their firms, for their clients and within the broader community.

Rogers practices law in the areas of land use, zoning, real estate transactions, municipal law and mining. She serves diverse clients from commercial tenants to large developers, single family home builders and mining companies. Rogers played a key role in the approval of the Wayzata Gateway project, and her work in behavioral health entitlement projects, including approval for the largest behavioral treatment center in the Twin Cities, highlight her ability to address complex regulatory challenges while prioritizing community needs.

At Larkin Hoffman, Rogers is co-chair of the Firm’s Professional Development Committee and sits on the Strategic Planning and Fall Conference committees. She sponsors and mentors associates and law clerks and initiated the Firm’s Bloom in Bloomington summer internship partnership.

Rogers is on the board of directors at VEAP, the largest food pantry in the Twin Cities. She also serves as the president of Artistry MN. She works with the Land Bank Twin Cities to support emerging developers and volunteers with the Just Deeds Coalition to remove racially restrictive covenants in Hennepin and Ramsey counties.
