Shareholder Matthew Bergeron was once again a presenter at the Health Law Institute hosted by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education.

Bergeron presented “The 2026 Minnesota Health Law Legislative & Case Update,” covering legislation regarding Hennepin County Medical Center, Medicaid changes, and Medicaid program integrity and fraud prevention. He also gave a general overview of the 2026 legislative session and updates on notable Minnesota case law.

Bergeron has been recognized as an “Up and Coming” health care attorney by Chambers in both 2025 and 2026. He is frequently quoted in news stories regarding legal developments in Minnesota’s health care landscape. Larkin Hoffman’s health care practice was also recognized by Chambers in 2026.
