Larkin Hoffman Shareholder and Real Estate Litigation Attorney Inga Kingland was named legal advisor to the Board of Directors for the Association of Women Contractors (AWC).
AWC is a Minnesota-based trade organization representing women-owned and small businesses in the construction industry.
In her role, Kingland will advise the non-profit’s board members on fulfilling their board duties, and serve as a strategic partner in driving AWC’s mission of providing advocacy, collaboration and industry leadership to its members.
“Larkin Hoffman is a longtime member of AWC, and I am thrilled to step into this role,” Kingland said. “The Association does incredible work to advance the goals of female entrepreneurs in construction to enrich our local construction industry. I’m proud to help the organization continue to meet those lofty goals.”
At Larkin Hoffman, Kingland represents clients in a wide variety of real estate and construction matters. She helps resolve disputes involving land use and development, professional services, mechanic’s liens, construction delays and defects, workmanship issues, surety and bonding, leasing, and property ownership and sales. Inga also counsels clients on risk management strategies for real estate and construction contracts.
Kingland also serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors.
